Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please note: Delivery times begin after order processing is completed.

Free Shipping

We offer free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $50 (after discounts, before taxes).

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with tags, in original packaging—and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
